Love Grows Best in Little Houses

Mum did this lovely wall hanging top (to be finished when she get home). She will embroider the saying ''Love Grows Best in Little Houses' in the middle.

Liberty Fields Quilt

I found a pattern I really liked by Helena Fooij from Material Obsession called Liberty Fields and decided that I would have a go. Patchwork with just a little applique, I should be able to do this. It is a scrappy quilt, so I should make a little dent in my stash.

My helper keeps me from working to hard on it.

Medieval Lockdown Largess Swap

Our group decided that we could do a Largess Swap during the lockdown.

My draw was a lovely lady in Queensland. Her colours where red, black and yellow and she loved landsknetch. I got help, but even then, I did finish this little mantel. I hope she finds it useful.

The lovely lady who drew my name made this absolutely awesome cushion cover. I am so pleased. I can't wait to get out and get a cushion for it.

Cottage Garden Field Journal

Yes, my mum has started me on this. It is lovely little stitcherys that can be done anytime. I have done a couple of them, but I have also done the little bag and the folder for the journal. Here are mine and hers.

I will post the sticherys as I in batches as I get them done. I will probably be making them in to quilt as you go hexagons, so it may be a while as it is a fill in project and not a main project.

Mini Felt Hat

Started July 2016, still need to finish the brim and lining in.

Cottage Garden Table Runner

Started in 2017 and still working on it, well to tell the truth, it has been in my UFO pile for the last couple of years. Couldn't figure out why, something I was so excited about, was just sitting there.  Whole I was updating my blog today, I noticed the last photo, me stitching in the hospital, while my husband was there. Knowing the blockage, hopefully, I will be able to get back to it soon.
